Taking care of plants was just my father's hobby even before the Pandemic started. He used to buy and collect different kinds and different varieties of plants. He has the green thumb when it comes to all types of plants and always interested about propagating it.

On July 2020, while we're on the midst of Pandemic and Quarantine that hits all over the world, his hobby on taking care of plants became an idea that led us to our greatest opportunity. It was his idea to sell some of his plants online and selling it through our social media was our first move, until we found a small space for rent near our house and that became our start-up to have a physical store.

 

Me and my brother conceptualize the logo and a name then we  came up to "Lupa't Binhi" since we wanted it to be somehow a Filipino theme. We also want an easy to pronounce and easy to memorize name, so that people can easily remembered it. And that's where Lupa't Binhi started. :)
